Intention to apply to the Honours Programme

This form should be completed by all students who wish to apply for a position in an Honours Course in the Department of Statistical Sciences. Note that BCom(Hons) and BSc(Hons) students must still apply to UCT central admissions.

Applicants from other universities must attach a copy of their latest academic transcript with copies of their third-year level statistics examination question papers.

Application forms must be completed before 30 September.
